1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Viral Hook Maker, including the website, mobile app, backend services, hook library, export tools, and related features. By using Viral Hook Maker, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Viral Hook Maker on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
Viral Hook Maker helps users choose short hook videos, add their own business footage, and export vertical promo videos from a mobile device. Hook videos and thumbnails are hosted for delivery through the app, while user business footage and final exports are designed to remain on the user device during the normal export workflow.
We may add, change, pause, or remove features from time to time, including hook content, language filters, export limits, watermarks, ads, premium features, and admin tools.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Viral Hook Maker.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for a business.
- We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or are required to be restricted by law.
4. Your Media and Content
You keep ownership of your business footage, final exported videos, captions, logos, trademarks, and other materials you provide or create. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, permissions, licenses, and releases needed to use and publish that content.
You grant Viral Hook Maker a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service. Because the current export workflow is local to your device, this generally means the app processes your selected media on-device. If you voluntarily send content to us for support or feedback, you grant us the right to use it to respond to your request and improve the service.
5. Hook Library and App Content
The hook videos, thumbnails, app design, software, trademarks, text, and other materials provided by Viral Hook Maker are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them only through the app to create and export videos as permitted by these Terms.
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or separately publish the hook library or app assets except as included in a final exported video created through normal app use.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Viral Hook Maker for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.
- Do not upload, create, or share content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
- Do not make false or misleading advertising claims in videos you create with the app.
- Do not attempt to bypass export limits, premium checks, watermark rules, security controls, or access controls.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe or attack systems, introduce malware, automate abusive requests, or access admin functions without permission.
- Do not use the service to create content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, or unsafe context.
7. Exports, Publishing, and Results
You are responsible for reviewing each exported video before publishing it. You are also responsible for complying with the rules of any social network, ad platform, marketplace, or other channel where you post or distribute the video.
Viral Hook Maker may use words like "viral," "hook," or "scroll-stopping" to describe the product goal, but we do not guarantee views, engagement, sales, revenue, platform approval, or business results.
8. Free and Paid Features
The service may include free export limits, watermarks, rewarded ads, pre-export ads, premium plans, business plans, or other paid features. Free limits, plan benefits, pricing, and feature availability may change.
If paid subscriptions or in-app purchases are enabled, purchases may be processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Their terms, billing rules, renewal rules, cancellation flows, taxes, and refund policies may apply. Unless required by law or the applicable store policy, fees are non-refundable.
9. Third-Party Services
Viral Hook Maker depends on third-party services for functions such as sign-in, app configuration, database hosting, hook media hosting, website analytics, infrastructure, app stores, operating systems, and sharing destinations. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, outages, or data practices.
10. Admin Uploads and Content Management
Admin users may upload and manage hook videos, thumbnails, languages, pricing metadata, and related content. Admins must only upload content they have permission to use and must avoid copyrighted clips, protected music, celebrity likenesses, third-party trademarks, or other restricted materials unless properly licensed.
11. Termination
You may stop using Viral Hook Maker at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue all or part of the service.
After termination, sections that by their nature should continue will continue, including ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
12. Disclaimers
Viral Hook Maker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not promise that exports will be accepted by any platform, that videos will perform well, or that the service will meet every business, creative, technical, or legal requirement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral Hook Maker and its operators, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Viral Hook Maker in the three months before the claim or USD $100.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viral Hook Maker and its operators, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your exported videos, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the operator of Viral Hook Maker is established, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws in your location may still apply. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator will have authority to resolve disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice when required by law. Your continued use of Viral Hook Maker after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
